Great in ramen or soups
I saw someone on TikTok talk about how low the calories are for these noodles and I had to try them. I eat a ton of home made soup/ramen and usually do vermicelli rice noodles for a little less calories( not much lower though) and I do like these in my ramen, they take on flavor nicely, but I can’t see them being a pasta replacement for like spaghetti or Alfredo. The texture seems to stay firm which is nice in a soup cause I was honestly worried they would be mushy. But the texture doesn’t seem right for an Italian dish. Would definitely buy again for ramen and to keep my ramen habbit to a lower calorie one lol.

Great Product
Wife and I started the keto diet last month. One thing we were missing were noodle dishes. Last night I tried them out and they were amazing. Following the instructions were simple and easy. Not exactly like a typical rice noodle (used the Angel Hair packages first), but close enough for the stirfry I made. Can't wait to try the other ones out when we feel like noodles again.
