One of my all-time favorite eyeliners! I have quite a few Victoria Beckham eyeliners, but I always find myself coming back to the classic Urban Decay 24/7 liner. Legend is perfect for my upper lash line, tightlining, and even my waterline—which is where most eyeliners fail me. It actually stays put without smudging or disappearing halfway through the day.
