Great Value for Money.
I previously had an older simpler shark robovac, which was pretty loud, had to be emptied all the time and would frequently get stuck or lost. We finally upgraded after it but the dust or actually bit the wet cat food all over the house and itself. I chose this Mova v50 ultra specifically after scouring youtube and reddit reviews of the best robovac mops for value and ability. Hands down this model came up as the best bang for buck, best power, and best cleaning ability. It was far more expensive than i was hoping to spend but after seeing it work for the last couple of weeks I strongly feel it is worth every dollar. #1- Noise. This thing is extremely silent. You can almost not hear it move around at all. The normal vacuuming is very quiet and the power setting is not too bad at all. The voice that speaks from the machine is already quiet but there is a setting to turn off or lower the volume during quiet hours. Even the emptying and cleaning cycle on the dock is pretty quiet. 10/10 on noise. #2- The App. I love it. Easy to use, intuitive, and there are so many settings that you can alter to customize everything. The mapping was quick and easy and i think that even the most technology adverse person could figure out with no issue. The app itself is sleek and has a really nice User Interface. The notifications make sense and the recommended settings work for my cleaning needs. I set up the custom cleaning routes and zones quickly and easily. 10/10 app features and usability. #3- Suction. This is a powerful vacuum. We have carpet and cork tile floors. We also have a BSH cat that sheds a lot of fine hair. This vacuum is grabbing it all up easily. The vacuum bag on the dock is holding a lot of dust and debris and i still don't need to empty it out yet. My carpets look and feel cleaning than when i use my regular corded stick vac. 10/10 suction. #4- Object Avoidance. This thing is great at avoiding the stuff on my floor like clothes and cat toys. Once once did it get stuck on a bathing suit i had on the floor, however it didn't actually try to suck up the straps it actually got the straps wrapped around the wheels which i easily pulled out. It wasn't paying attention but i could hear that it was trying to move around it but got tangled up in the thin straps. I should not have left it on the ground in the first place and overall it has avoided other much smaller cat toys lying around so i would give the abject avoidance 9/10. #5- Mopping. It's great at its job. My floors are 100x more clean and i don't have to sweat at all. The dirty water container has water that was absolutely black. And our floors dried quickly after the pass from this mova so it uses minimum water to do maximum cleaning. I love that it also heats up its own water to increase cleaning power. This thing also has the ability to stick out its mop pads and get to the hard to reach places in my kitchen. I love the feature that it cleans and attaches its own mop pads as well. 10/10 on mopping. #7- Size. This is bigger than my last robovac and the dock is pretty big for my small apartment. I went with the white model. We have an okay place for it so luckily it looks nice enough. Even though it is bigger than what we had before it is able to get itself under furniture way better and it can get around tight spaces without getting itself stuck. I am happy with the size even though it was bigger than i was expecting. #Connectivity. At first during set up i was frustrated on venting it to my wifi, however i realized my own mistake on connecting it to the wrong wifi address, once i fixed that it connected easily and i have had no issues yet with connection. seems to be able to get around just fine and i can set the vacuum to clean when i am not home. Cons: It did get stuck on my bathing suit i left on the floor. Overall, this is worth the money. Incredible vacuum. Great app. Quiet. Powerful. Avoids objects well and doesn't upset my cat while also cleaning up all his hair. Very good customizable features. Gets corners and under furniture well.

A genuinely “hands-off” cleaning system that finally feels complete
After using the Mova V50 Ultra Complete for a while, it’s clear this isn’t just another robot vacuum with a mop slapped on—it feels like a full cleaning system designed to actually reduce how often you need to intervene. The first thing that stands out is the suction power. At 24,000 Pa, it’s strong enough that you can tell the difference immediately on carpets. Pet hair, crumbs, and fine dust don’t just get pushed around—they’re actually pulled out of the fibers in a way that cheaper robots usually fail at. What surprised me most wasn’t just the suction, though—it was how it handles mixed surfaces without getting confused. It transitions from hard floors to rugs smoothly, and instead of leaving that slightly dusty edge you often see with weaker models, it seems to maintain consistent pickup across the whole path. For a home with pets, that consistency matters more than raw specs. The mop system is where it starts to feel more “premium” in practice rather than just on paper. The warm water feature makes a noticeable difference compared to cold-water mopping systems. Floors feel more evenly cleaned, especially in areas like kitchens where light grease or sticky spots tend to build up. It doesn’t just drag a damp pad around—it actually feels like it’s breaking down residue more effectively. The DuoSolution system is also practical if you have pets, because it helps manage odor and general mess without leaving that damp, unpleasant smell some robot mops can create over time. Navigation is another area where it behaves more intelligently than most robots I’ve tried. The liftable navigation system and obstacle handling up to 6 cm means it doesn’t get stuck on everyday household transitions like thicker mats, small thresholds, or scattered pet toys. Instead of constantly babysitting it or rescuing it mid-clean, it just keeps moving and adapts. That alone changes how useful it feels in real life because you’re not constantly checking the app or clearing its path. The docking and maintenance cycle is also where it earns its “complete” name. It handles self-cleaning routines well enough that you’re not constantly rinsing mop pads or emptying dust bins after every run. It’s not zero maintenance, but it shifts the effort from daily to something more occasional, which is really what most people want from this category of device. Noise levels are reasonable considering the power it’s working with. You notice it when it ramps up on carpets, but it doesn’t feel disruptive in a normal home environment. It’s more of a background presence than something that demands attention. What it ultimately does well is reduce the mental load of cleaning. With pets, you usually end up in a cycle of constant sweeping, quick mopping, and vacuuming in between. This doesn’t eliminate that entirely, but it stretches out the time between manual cleanups in a meaningful way. Floors stay consistently presentable instead of swinging between clean and messy. It’s not perfect—no robot really is—but the combination of strong suction, effective mopping, smart navigation, and reduced maintenance makes it one of the few setups that actually feels like it earns its price in day-to-day use rather than just impressing on spec sheets.

Incredible value
The MOVA V50 has been an incredible value and has exceeded my expectations in nearly every category. Setup was straightforward, mapping was fast and accurate, and it immediately felt like a premium product despite costing significantly less than many flagship competitors. Cleaning performance has been excellent on both hard floors and carpet. Suction is strong enough to handle everyday dust, pet hair, and debris, while the mopping system leaves floors noticeably cleaner than vacuum-only robots. Navigation has been reliable, with the robot efficiently covering rooms and avoiding obstacles without constantly getting stuck or needing intervention. The self-emptying and self-maintenance features have made ownership almost effortless. Being able to let the robot handle routine cleaning with minimal attention is one of those conveniences that’s difficult to give up once you’ve experienced it. The app is easy to use, offers plenty of customization options, and makes scheduling and room-specific cleaning simple. What impressed me most is how much performance MOVA packed into this price point. The V50 delivers many of the features and capabilities that were recently reserved for much more expensive flagship models, making it one of the strongest values currently available in the robot vacuum market. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that combines strong cleaning performance, smart navigation, useful automation features, and excellent value for the money, the MOVA V50 is an easy recommendation. It feels like a premium product without the premium price tag.

Like it a lot! A LOT!
I bought a Roborock Qrevo Edge S5a a year ago. I liked it, as it was much better than the Roomba I’d had experience with, but it was terrible at mopping and was a bear to clean, maintenance wise. It lacked in several other ways also. I have two dogs, a Rottweiler and a mixed breed the same size as my Rotty. There’s a lot of pet hair involved. This MOVA V50 runs every day. It vac/mops on Tuesdays and Fridays and vacs only, on the other 5 days. This MOVA V50 is everything I wished the Roborock could have been. Without going into every single way it’s superior, it actually applies pressure to the mop pads so the pads make positive contact evenly, it lets you determine how much water and temp it mops with, it hits the edges better, it doesn’t slam into things before it goes around them, it’s way easier to maintain its underbelly, its dust filter rinses out cleaner and more easily, it’s quieter, it slightly overlaps its vacuum swath so it vacuums every square inch, it lets you adjust how often it empties the dust bin, and the dust bin capacity is larger. It’s just way, way better overall. I’m very satisfied with it. I’m a real person, I paid for it with my own money, and I’m not affiliated with either the manufacturer or the seller, if the seller is different from the manufacturer. I really like this machine and so far, I can recommend it to anyone in the market for a robot vacuum. You’ll be hard pressed to find a robot vacuum that gives you what this one does for anywhere near the price tag. Matter of fact, I really don’t think you can. I couldn’t.

Very Good RoboVac/Mop With Some Small Issues
My wife and I really like this MOVA V50. The best feature so far is the dual rolling brush. Hasn't been wrapped up with my wifes hair yet, and our previous Robovac died about 3 weeks ago. We previously owned a EUFY L60 SES. This is way better. There are a few small issues though. 1. Sometimes the Vaccum has a hard time docking with the base station. I think this is happening in our specific case because it doesn't have a lot of space on the sides of the base station. 2. The Robot has a smaller dust bin in it. This has caused it to clog up with pet hair twice so far. Additionally, the Base Stations vaccuum line is a bit small. The pet hair clogged it up during the initial cleaning. 3. App is a tiny bit clunky in that most of the settings are 2 or 3 pages deep before to can start customizing stuff. Otherwise, the Battery Life is sufficient. The vaccuum is very mobile, we Love the Threshold climbing feature.

Quality is questionable along with support
Update 08/04/2026. They had me mail off the cleaning base. I received an email telling me the repair was complete and the issue was a blown circuit board. They provided tracking, that was three weeks ago. They never sent back my clean base. Then they offered to send me a new unit which I agreed to, but then they just stopped replying to my emails. Horrible customer service and they have the unit I sent them still, so I don’t even have what I paid for, broken or not. Works amazing on both carpets and hard floors! However, one month in, and the dock broke. Just clicks. See video. Giving three stars for now, we will see how fast they can take care of the issue. Had to call and submit warranty claim. Will update after I hear back. The product support is through Mova, and the website seems iffy on the customer support side.

So Much Easier Than My Dyson — Wish I Switched Sooner
I used a Dyson stick vacuum for years and honestly thought it was good enough. But after getting the MOVA V50 Ultra, I realized how much time and energy I was wasting. The biggest difference is I literally don't have to do anything now. With my Dyson, I had to walk around the whole house pushing and pulling the vacuum, bending under furniture, getting into every corner — by the time I was done, my back was killing me. Now I just open the app and hit start, or tell Alexa to run it, or press the button on top before I head out. Three ways to control it and they all work perfectly. I usually schedule it to clean while I'm at work, and I come home to spotless floors every day. It's kind of life-changing honestly. And the cleaning result? Way better than I expected. I was skeptical that a robot could clean as well as my Dyson, but the 24,000Pa suction picks up everything — pet hair, dust, crumbs, all of it. I walk around barefoot after it runs and the floor feels completely clean. It even handles my door thresholds with no problem, just climbs right over them and keeps going. The mopping is something my Dyson could never do, and it's honestly one of my favorite features now. The hot water self-cleaning system keeps the mop pad fresh, and the hot air drying means no weird smells. My kitchen floor looks like I spent 20 minutes mopping it by hand, but I didn't lift a finger. Oh and one more thing — no more hair tangles on the brush. I have long hair and my Dyson brush head was always a mess. I'd have to sit there with scissors cutting hair off every week. The DuoBrush on this thing stays completely clean. I've checked it multiple times and still nothing wrapped around it. If you're still spending your weekends pushing a vacuum around the house, honestly just get this and take your life back. I'm never going back to manual vacuuming again.

Highly recommend!!!
I don’t write many reviews but I know many times I rely on them when I make a big purchase. I first purchased a newer model robot mop vacuum from Costco and returned it within 2 weeks of trying it out. It wasn’t horrible but it didn’t have the extra features that the Mova V50 Complete has like the extending arm when vacuuming and mopping and lowering and climbing. That makes a big difference in the corners, against the walls, going under furniture, and over thresholds. I like the cleaner dispensers on the Mova instead of having to pour it in the water each time you fill plus the cleaner lasts a long time. I use this mop vacuum daily and it does a fantastic job! Once you figure out the APP it has many features to choose from. Whether you want it to do the entire house or just certain rooms. This saves so much of my time it’s incredible. Mopping and vacuuming at the same time! If there was a con it would be that it has to charge a few times in the day and I have to empty and refill the water to finish my home but my home is over 3700 sq ft. I would definitely purchase this again and I highly recommend it especially for the price! It also comes with extra accessories which is a huge bonus.

Do not buy this product if you are outside the USA.
I personally experienced issues where some features did not work as they should. After contacting customer service, they confirmed that these features are not fully supported outside the United States and offered me a refund because I am located outside the USA.

Good to Great Robot Depending on Your Home
I bought this for my upper floor where we have tiles in the bathrooms, hardwood flooring and throw rugs in some bedrooms. Pros: It cleans well on mixed flooring. Picked up surface debris and even embedded debris on the carpets. It shines at floor mopping. It is extremely quiet. At its highest setting I measured it at 62db while vacuuming carpet. It has the ability to lower its lidar turret and get under lower furniture. Maintenance is a breeze and one of the lower maintenance robots there are. Its obstacle avoidance is genuinely great and the extending side brush and mop make corner cleaning a problem of the past. It comes with $200 worth of extra supplies that you'll need in the future. Cons: It's navigation isn't the best and sometimes it'll get confused and make circles trying to locate where it is. Its pattern when its lidar lowered isn't great. It got under my bookshelves but didn't clean under there as well. It also took it a few attempts to figure out where to lower its lidar and didn't do it routinely so I had to add that zone in my map as a low height area. If you have a home where it can enter most areas with the lidar up I would highly recommend this for the price. Its flagship features at middle of the lineup prices. If you have many areas that are 105mm and under. I would look elsewhere.
