Good fit; fun image.
Great cap! Needed fun caps for a radiographer. A previous review said the image wasn't placed correctly, but the one received was as shown in the description, and it fit well. It's hard to find scrub cap prints that are more gender neutral or masculine.

Pixelated hands and Room for Your Thoughts
The design is great from a distance, like x-rays. When you get close enough to see the skeleton hands in the design, like a bad x-ray, there's no detail apart from how pixelated the design is. It looks like they enlarged a smaller design beyond its intended viewing resolution. That's what you can expect when you open the package.As for the fitting, it's a bit tall in the front. If you have a pompadour, a lot of hair to tuck up and under, or a huge forehead, the cap ought to perfectly fit, if you tie to fit above your ears. For everyone else, it ought to fit a bit better when you tie it covering the tops of your ears, covering your eyebrows.The tuft of hair left exposed once tied can be covered by a scrub cap if you need to be in a sterile/sub-sterile environment.

Just a bit too big
It's a nice lightweight product but unfortunately it's just a little too big for my head.

Cool design but could be adjusted
Felt overly large and the skeleton design would have been nice only on one side as opposed to both. Wasn't for me but someone with a larger head could potentially rock it.
