I was honestly a little skeptical about aromatherapy nasal rings, but after trying them, I can see why people like them. They’re very lightweight and surprisingly discreet. It gives you a light, steady hint of whatever essential oil is used (mine was more on the refreshing side), without being too strong or irritating. I found them helpful for a small boost during the day, especially when I wanted something calming or a little pick-me-up without reaching for anything else. It’s not a dramatic effect, so if you’re expecting something intense, this probably isn’t it. Think of it more as a gentle, background support. One thing to keep in mind is comfort. These work great if there's things you don't want to smell! Love having a carry case. Only wish they made it a little more easier to open so it doesn't slip out of your hands so easily. Ring doesn't hold scent for more than a few hours, then you have to put it back in. It helps to have more than one soaking at a time.

These nasal diffusers have been a lifesaver and I’d tell everyone I know to buy them! I purchased a couple glass/bamboo 5ml jars to reinfuse them while on my trip. They have helped and saved me with motion sickness, airplane stuffies and smells in general where there are lots of scents to really throw a good experience off! If you’re considering, 100% purchase. I purchase the peppermint but once they wear off you can wash them and infuse with whatever scent you want or keep putting peppermint on. I purchased the 3 packs because I already had YL Peppermint that I prefer and that is what I have used to reinfuse.

I work in the ER and let me tell you… sometimes we get a funkiest smell so these small septum rings work wonders to help with odors. They are super flexible and easy to fit. I ordered the lavender mint, which is perfect for me. I just bought a second replacement set. I also liked that this has a small carrying case that you can attach to your badge. Would highly recommend to others.
