I was skeptical at first, but this little device really works! My breathing feels much clearer at night, and my partner says my snoring has almost disappeared. It’s comfortable to wear, and I like that it comes with three sizes so I could find the perfect fit. The case is a nice touch for keeping them clean when traveling. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with snoring!

I wanted to like this so bad. I know that this cannot be made with harder plastic because that would make it uncomfortable but this is too flexible and does not hold its shape at all. I was hoping to be able to use this as the nasal strips irritate my skin if using for multiple days in a row. Unfortunately this did not work for me. The design is good it is just that it is too flexible. I wish there was a way to return to get my money back.

These did not work for me. I tried a couple different sizes, but they all made it harder to breathe at night.

they definitely help with breathing. but take a little time to get used to. i have a deviated septum so these help a lot. give them a chance and give it a decent amount of time to get used to having them in your nose. it take some time. they are affordable and reusable. once you get used to them you don't even know they are in your nose

Ease of use: 1st night I wore it, it was slightly uncomfortable. But after that day, I wear it comfortably. Just insert and adjust into your nostrils. Functionality: It really works for me, have been sleeping better. My congestion doesn't affect my sleep anymore. Portable: Package contains a small black case for easy travel.

They fall out pretty easily for me...I move around a lot though

i was trying to be hopeful but not only did it not work it , it opened up my one side of my nose which is slightly deviated bc i tried small and medium but then it was counterproductive . it literally was uncomfortable, made it stuffier and my nose was dripping through it . so it literally did the opposite of what i needed and created a bigger problem for me

My nostrils collapse when I breath in and I also have a deviated septum. I normally was told to wear breath right strips all day everyday but I’m allergic to them. I discovered this nostril dilators. I used mute for awhile but they all hurt the inside of my nose due to my septum deviation. I like this brand as they are a lot more flexible! Less pain. Easier to clean. Nothing beats being able to breath. I recommend trying these out.
