What is the difference in the liquid cleanser and the body wash?

The ingredients are slightly differed and the same with the texture. The Body Wash is thinner and the Facial Cleanser is creamier. The difference in the ingredients are as follows:
Body Wash
purified water, glycerin, coco-glucoside, propanediol, sodium cocoyl glycinate, acrylates copolymer, panthenol, caprylyl glycol, disodium EDTA, sodium chloride, 1,2-hexanediol, mica, titanium dioxide, sodium hydroxide, citric acid
Facial Cleanser

What is the difference between the vanicream liquid cleanser and the gentle body wash?

For me, the Liquid Cleanser dries out my skin.  The Body Wash does not dry out my skin.

will it help with my KP skin?

To help KP, instead of wasting money on products & “cures” figure out what is causing it.  What are you allergic to??  Do you have misdiagnosed/undiagnosed MCAS???  For years doctors told me to just use sunscreen, just use lotion.  I had chronic conjunctivitis & chronic blepharitis along with KP since I was a child.  They told me to put j&j shampoo on my eyes which only made it worse.  Then the optometrist told me about lid scrubs thanks goodness.  Turns out all these decades it was because of allergies, I am allergic to chicken or something they give to chickens, antibiotics, steroids, Hormones, who knows?!?  When I became a vegetarian my eyes cleared right up & my KP went away.  It’s been about 6 years & hasn’t come back.

Can this be used as an all in one shampoo/body wash?

I don't see why not. I started out using the cleanser and then purchased the shampoo, also. I did find I needed more treatment for my dry scalp and then bought their medicated shampoo.  Now I use body wash for body and then alternate every few days using the regular and the medicated shampoos. If I were you, just try the body wash as shampoo and see if your hair and scalp like it. It's trial and error!
