Product Description Review: 3 Pack Bifocal Reading Sunglasses for Men/Women Gradient Tinted Sun Readers with UV400. Nice! - YayGlasz 3 Pack Bifocal Reading Sunglasses for Men/Women Gradient Tinted Sun Readers with UV400 Protection, Spring Hinge I don’t usually get excited about reading glasses, but these bifocal sun readers really surprised me. As someone who’s starting to rely more on readers but also spends a lot of time outdoors, I found this combo super convenient. I can read my phone, a book, or a menu outside without switching between regular sunglasses and readers. The gradient tint works well—the top is dark enough to shield from bright sunlight, and the bottom lets me read clearly. They’re also lightweight and sit comfortably all day, thanks to the spring hinges. Plus, having three pairs means I can keep one in my car, another in my bag, and a backup at home. For around $20, these are a great buy. The frames feel sturdy, the lenses are crystal clear, and they don’t slip or pinch. I’ll definitely use these all summer. Pros: ✅ Stylish and functional ✅ Gradient lenses with clear bifocal reading area ✅ Comfortable spring hinge design ✅ 3-pack offers great value Cons: ❌ Not polarized (so glare isn’t fully reduced) Review: Verdict: overall, a nice pair of bifocal sunglasses, would buy again - As described, a nice wayfarer appearance and fit. Not as oversized as mentioned in several reviews - I'm on the smaller head side. Lenses are clear and excellent for reading and distant viewing. I have a complaint: they are not as described nor in reviews on one issue; I do see the separation line between lenses when using the distance lenses. I was under the impression it was not visible. On the good side, it does not make me dizzy from eye strain as do several other split lens bifocals. Verdict: overall, a nice pair of bifocal sunglasses, would buy again

Didn't work for me
Reader part of lense is too small and very low on the lense.. didn't work for my needs.

Super lightweight bifocal sunglasses with excellent clarity
Great size, fit, and clarity. These are nice bifocal sunglasses. I especially like the blue frames, which are more of a bold royal blue than they appear in the Amazon picture. The frames are lightweight and do not slide down my nose even when I'm sweating. The frames are wide enough that they don't look small on my large, roundish head. I'd say these would work for men as well. These would likely look oversized on a petite, thin face. These sunglasses have excellent clarity. The top has ZERO magnification. There is an area on each lense with the bifocal (magnification) portion. I found the bifocal lense to have perfect placement for me. The magnified bifocal portion does not interfere with looking out of the top 2/3 of the glasses, and for reading, the bifocal portion is just where I need that for reading. Being sunglasses, I tend to order 0.25-0.50 higher than what I can get away with in non-tinted lenses. With readers, I use 1.5-2.0 (2.0 when my eyes are tired and don't focus as well). The 2.0 diopter magnification worked out well for me. These have been great for reading outside, and I can also drive with these on.

Temple Spacing Is Big, Glasses Fall Off My Face (Average Sized Female), Hinges Feel A Bit Wobbly
These bifocal sunglasses are cute in a retro way. Comes with 3 pairs of sunglasses, 1 bag, and 1 cloth. These are stylish, the front frame is practically identical in shape and size to my current basic sunglasses, and the temple pieces have some interesting grain design which isn’t obvious in the listing pics but is nice. I did find the temple pieces are long and spaced considerably far apart so they won’t stay secure on my face, simply looking down at my watch causes them to fall off. The spring hinges feel a bit wobbly, so I’m not sure if the excessive spacing is due to the hinges or just the design. I’m female gender, and have a normal to slightly larger sized face, so don’t recommend for females or smaller faces of any gender due to the temple sizing/fit.

Great deal!
These are a good value if you just need some inexpensive sun readers for the beach or car.

I recommend these
The visual clarity on these lenses is great. I love the fact that you have the bifocal capability with you at all times without carrying a second set of readers. Works great when you need to read a label or something in the sun. The only down side to them is that, on my face, the bifocal is slightly too low. They still work but I can't read through them for too long because it is a strain to look down at that sharp of an angle. I can light them slightly and read perfectly but that isn't ideal to have to do that for long reading sessions. I may try some stick on silicone nose pads to raise them up a bit. The upside to it is that the bifocal doesn't get in the way when just using them as sun glasses.
