Whole Foods Market, Basil Pesto, 6.5 Ounce

I was looking for a pesto that had quality ingredients, was not overly processed, and tasted great. This was the best choice. It has very pungent basil aroma. I drained some oil before using. I used this for a new recipe (toasted creamy basil pesto with fresh tomatoes and balsamic vinegar glaze).

My favorite pesto of all time. It just tastes right… fresh & flavorful… perfectly balanced without any one flavor taking over. I checked my Amazon order history and apparently I’ve ordered this 26 times over the last 6 years. Welp… what can I say? At this point, I think that’s probably the most convincing review I can give. It’s a staple in our house and I’ll clearly continue buying it.

It's a bit sweet for Pesto, in my opinion. Nevertheless, very delicious and ingredients are good. It goes well with pasta and I love spreading it onto sandwiches.

Really great flavor. We like just a little in our Italian pasta. Try it and you may enjoy the extra depth of flavor.

Scrumptious pesto Restaurant quality item!

I love this pesto . . . fantastically delicious and very easy to poor off some of the oil (if that's important to you) as it rises to the top. However, twice now the caps were loose leaking oil everywhere. They were wrapped well in bubble wrap but should have been contained in a smaller box as they flew all over the large box they were in. I will be keeping them as the tops weren't off, just loose.
