Great product if you follow directions, it works.

These help me feel fuller and eat less when taken 15 mins prior to meals with a large glass of water. Also suggest the Lipo-BC.

I had tried this product prior to stumbling onto it on Amazon.
I use this product as a appetite suppressant. I was getting it from a weight management program i was on. This was definitely a better deal.
