Q: Is this product safe around plants and grass

Mask all surfaces not intended to be cleaned. Grass and plants do not like high or low pH products, so make sure to SATURATE the surrounding lawn/plants with plenty of water before applying the cleaner to the surface area. When you pressure wash the cleaner from the substrate, the water will also increase the pH and help neutralize the acid. Always best to test spot the product on an inconspicuous area to determine surface suitability and appropriate application technique.

Q: Can this be used in a basement with a gas hot water tank present.

The cleaner is water-based and nonflammable, making it suitable for indoor use. Because it is corrosive, simply avoid contact with metals.

Q: Used this on pavers per instructions. There are now brown spots. How do I get those off?

This is not a common occurrence. The cleaner may have drawn out some minerals from within the paver and/or more efflorescence to cause the spotting.
