Crisp texture without being too brittle and holds everything together without being too chewy. The nori has the right hint of umami and a fresher aroma than other nori brands- overall a high-quality product. Can be used for sushi or gimbap at home, crushed as a topping for poke or rice bowls, or on popcorn and in pasta dishes and salads. The 50 full sheets per bag is a generous quantity for making large amounts or hosting a party. Gim Pop also has a 100 half sheets item which I'll definitely also try.

Don’t buy it ! It’s a SCAM.
This is a scam. They say 100 sheets and they sent you only 50 and you cannot return it. It happens too many other buyers, not just me. And the product is very bad quality. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY.
