Check that the impeller is clean, the tank has enough water, and the outlet is properly aligned and installed.

To ensure better use, we recommend that you rinse thoroughly with boiled water before first time use.

Q: What is the on/off button on the power cord for?

This button only serves to turn the blue light on/off.

Q: Is this pet fountain dishwasher safe?
