I bought this mainly to clean my grout and figured I’d give it a try. Wow! I was so impressed with the results that I became obsessed and ended up steam cleaning pretty much my entire house, including my white fabric kitchen chairs. It’s so satisfying to see the dirt disappear and get instant results. It’s lightweight, heats up quickly, and is really easy to use. I love that it cleans so well with just water—no harsh chemicals needed. The long cord and large water tank are huge pluses since I can clean for quite a while without having to stop and refill. For the price, this thing is a fantastic value. I’m so glad I bought it!

I am very impressed with this great little steam mop. It was easy to set up and took under 10 minutes, including opening the box unpacking it and assembling the steam mop. It heated up within about 5 to 10 seconds which is very impressive. I was expecting it to take 30 or 40 as my previous team opted and this one like five minutes it cleans just standard dirt. It managed to get a stuck on piece of goo off my floor with just a couple of swipes in my bathroom it clean the tile really easily. Let the smelling fresh with no chemical scent because you don’t use chemicals, you just use plain water. The cup is easy to refill and I was impressed by the small amount of water. It used to produce a lot of steam that was able to clean two rooms. Definitely recommend this. It’s a good price and it’s shipped quick and it’s set up quick.

This steam mop/cleaner is FANTASTIC. I got it to do my hardwood floors and then found that the accessory tools are more valuable than the mop. First, I have been cleaning the floors for 15 years with a squirter mop device that took 15 minutes to dry and left film streaks where the mop pad came across it. It didn't matter what cleaner I tried or none at all, it left streaks. When I tried this mop the floor dried in a few minutes, left no streaks, brought a beginning of a shine back to the floor even with the first pass, and dried with out leaving streaks. WOW, was I impressed. Then I tried the attachments to see what they could do, and I was blown away again. It softened the deposits around the base of the kitchen faucet (well water) and the included plastic scraper tools peeled them up. It cleaned the pans under the stovetop burners, other attachments cleaned the film off the shower glass walls, the sink drain grunge, the wrinkles in clothes, and grout deposits in the shower. This steam cleaner is ready to be used within 30 sec. of turning it on, and signals you by changing the color in the water container when it is ready. I now grab this to clean up little spills because it is so fast and easy to use. The house has not been as well maintained in years because this is so versatile and easy to use. For stubborn stains you turn up the knob to use more steam. The handles and head come apart with a (hard) push of a button and you have the portable steam cleaner able to get into the small places. These are the reasons I call this a FANTASTIC device.

It heats up fast and produces good steam. Only docked a star because I haven’t used it long-term yet to check durability, but for the price it’s a solid multi-purpose cleaner.
