Their infrastructure was virtually destroyed; most of the island was without electricity for months. The fact that it is processed in PR does not mean it’s grown in PR. **Q: How do prepare it?** A: The coffee comes ground so you can prepare it in any traditional coffee maker. A french press also produces great coffee. I've also made single servings in the do it yourself k-cup. You do get better coffee with fresh ground beans and you get more for your money if you buy alto grande in whole beans. It just depends on if you can grind.
