Best and Healthiest Sardines.
I switched from another brand because each can that I opened was a mushy mess.. I thought if one or two cans that happened with..it can happen! But each one was the same. I researched brands, and EWG..please check that site out..Promise you won't be sorry. It rates pesticides, BPA in cans, cosmetics and foods. This brand was rated the best. The first can that I opened was just the same as in the photo in the comments. Plump and perfect shape, for appetizers, or whatever one would like. It tastes delicious. The company is very well researched and has been around for a very long time. I am so happy to recommend this brand. I buy skinless and boneless in water salt free..though it has only a small amount of salt ..I prepare it as a spread..and add lemon juice a little dill and garlic powder, whatever one wants..and little mayo or one can use a little EVOO..served on crackers, or toasted bread. You just can't go wrong. Bon Apetite'

Firm Protein
Good quality, firm, and well cleaned. I eat alone with hot sauce and crackers or add as the protein in my ramen bowl. Not strongly fishy. Convenient.

Very tasty, great snack.
I have these sardines along with other brands I've purchased for afternoon snacks with crackers or toasted whole grain/multigrain breads, and it holds me 'til dinner. It's a nice change from fruits or light salads. Try it. You only live once.
