GC7000 Grill Cover for SH7000/47180T/47183T/7000CGS/SH5000

I have the Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 PS9900 combination grill. Like many people out there have found out over time, up till now, there has only been one cover available for this grill and it was through Smoke Hollow (the Smoke Hollow GC7000 cover). This BroilPro cover is by in large a far superior cover due to a better design and higher quality material for HALF THE PRICE OF THE SMOKE HOLLOW COVER. The Smoke Hollow GC7000 cover is a nice cover initially; however it deteriorates rapidly with severe fading/material breakdown that eventually leads to ripping along the seams (look at the reviews of the Smoke Hollow cover on Amazon and Google...same complaint throughout). Most of the ripping on the Smoke Hollow GC7000 is due to a significant design flaw-- no Velcro straps on the bottom ends which allows winds to constantly lift and tug at the cover. THANKFULLY BroilPro has capitalized on the Smoke Hollow cover design flaw by adding the Velcro strips on the bottom of both ends which allows you to snug up the bottom of the grill cover and minimize the effects of wind lifting and tugging at the cover-- THIS MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE WITH THE POTENTIAL LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THIS COVER. We live between Chicago and Milwaukee and deal with substantial sustained winds on a fairly regular basis (20-30 mph). The Smoke Hollow cover made it roughly six months (six warm months) before it started ripping and by the time winter hit, the cover was useless due to SIGNIFICANT tears along the seams. To be fair, we have only had this BroilPro cover for a couple months; however, they have been winter months in sub-zero conditions with similar winds. With the Velcro straps on the bottom, this BroilPro cover pretty much stays in place for the most part; it doesn't lift and twist like the Smoke Hollow cover did thus the seams on the BroilPro cover don't rub against the corners of the grill--which ultimately leads to a torn and useless grill cover.Time will tell, but I have high hopes for this grill cover and I would DEFINITELY recommend this cover to anyone who has been handcuffed to the Smoke Hollow covers....and as I mentioned before-- THIS COVER IS HALF THE PRICE AND A BETTER QUALITY!Very satisfied so far...

I always look around Amazon to find the hidden gem. I like a good deal on a good product. I found it with this cover. After purchasing a Smoke Hollow grill I didn't think I would need a cover since I keep it in my garage. However I started making a lot of things out of wood and covered it with saw dust. So then a cover was needed. I thought it would be impossible to find one that would fit. My Smoke Hollow has a infrared burner for searing, a 4 burner has grill, a charcoal grill with a stack and a smoke box. Well BroilPro Has it! With a lot of variations for other size grills.It seems to be well made for the money it costs. In the past my grill covers would eventually wear out due to sun, snow and. wind. The last one was made out of canvas and it still wore out. My guess would be that this cover would last 3-5 years in a harsher outdoor situation. At this price it's not a big deal to just buy a new one.

Just got this for my Smoke Hollow PS9900 Grill & Smoker. It fits very nicely with plenty of room for the smoker stack.(Looser fit than the original from SH, it seems it may have less stress to rip than the original) It is thinner material than the original cover from Smoke Hollow(which turned out to be garbage, not lasting a full year without fading and the material shredding itself.) The material does seem sturdy though, and it fits nicely over the PS9900. It does have two Velcro straps on each end to tighten it up. It has just the one small logo on the front. IF I REMEMBER, I will come back and add a star if it lasts more than a year without ripping and a lot of fading.... UPDATE 8/15/19 Now two years later this cover is still doing well other than some very small stress fractures on the side the wind comes from. The one that came with the Smoke Hollow Grill would have been shredded to pieces by now.

This is the BEST cover I have found for my grill so far! My grill is a members mark from Sam’s that I bought several years ago and there is no specific model cover that is made for it. So, I took a chance on this one as it had the right width and the chimney piece looked about right. Well, it’s a perfect fit! It looks soooooo much better than the one I bought previous and the quality of the fabric makes me believe that it won’t dry rot as quickly as the one I had previous which a) did not fit nearly as well and b) looked very disheveled when it was on. I’m going to order another one for back up just because of how much I am pleased with this cover!

I love this grill cover. I have a grill that can grill with either charcoal or propane and it is enormous. My grill has a smoke stack slightly off center and this cover fits my grill cover perfectly. The cover is heavy duty and with the straps that are attached to the cover it stays on the grill even in high winds. I’ve tried other covers and they ripped after a few months. I cannot see any wear or tear on this cover. It even holds up to intensive sunlight/heat without fading or wearing thin. This brand is definitely worth the money I paid.

Very pleased with this purchase! I just bought this cover for my Smoke Hollow Combo Propane/ Charcoal grill, and put it on. The cover actually fits better than the original Smoke Hollow branded cover, and I can already tell that it's better quality. Very roomy so, so it went on easy, and the chimney sleeve is in the right spot, again better than the Smoke Hollow cover. Canvas seems to be good quality with a nice heavy weight to help keep it in place. It reaches all the way to the ground, so you could store items on the lower shelf and have them protected. Good value for the price!

Cover fit my grill perfectly. Price is great. We grill every Saturday and cover the grill the rest of the week. The cover has done great being taken off and weekly for the 5 past months.The only reason I gave 4 stars on durability is because something fell on the grill (a branch possibly) that caused an inch and a half tear in cover. The tear is located between sections of the grill lids, which explains the increased vulnerability. I gorilla taped the tear; no further issues with it.
