Funciona según lo previsto. La bomba se reinicia tras un corte de luz cuando los usuarios no están en casa. Me gusta la opción wifi y parece funcionar bien. El diseño es deficiente: el cubo se llena de agua antes de que arranque la bomba.

I’ve been using the hOmeLabs Dehumidifier in our living areas, and it really does a great job pulling moisture out of the air. The controls are straightforward, and once it’s running, the room feels more comfortable within a short time. The only drawback for me is the noise level—it’s a bit louder than I’d like, especially since we keep it in spaces where we spend a lot of time. Overall, its effectiveness outweighs the inconvenience, but quieter operation would make it close to perfect. I still appreciate how consistently it performs day to day.

I purchased the Homelabs Dehumidifier with a pump about 3 months ago. I am in an environment with very high humidity and have installed the dehumidifier in my garage to protect items stored there. From a dehumidifying perspective, the unit works well and seems to run less than my old dehumidifier. The controls are simple and clear. The pump works, but not as I expected. The manufacturer's description is "Built-In Pump for Continuous Drainage – The integrated pump eliminates manual emptying, allowing hassle-free, continuous drainage for a consistently dry environment." That sounds like the bucket will always be empty or, should it get full, be completely emptied. I found that the bucket fill level indicator always seems to show that it is full or nearly full. I was concerned that I had a defective unit and called customer service. They told me "the pump feature on this model does not rely on the bucket being full. Instead, once the pump is turned on and the drain hose is properly connected, the unit will automatically pump out water as it collects, helping to keep the bucket from filling up in the first place." What actually happens is that the unit just pumps a little out when the bucket is full. You cannot tell if the pump is working since the bucket is always appears to be full. I don't know if this is the behavior Homelabs intended, but I feel that their product description is misleading. Additionally, the "smart" wi-fi controls offer only limited information (mode, set humidity, ambient humidity). When the ambient humidity is high (e.g., when the garage door was recently opened), I'd like to know if the unit is actively running and perhaps how full the bucket is. Just to be clear, the unit is keeping the humidity well-controlled. I just wish the product description was clearer and that the app offered more information for peace of mind when I am away from home.

I've had this in my condo for about 7 months now.. it's a 1390 ft and it keeps the humidity in range well. Says it's for 3500 sq ft.. I question that, but to be fair, it's a Florida condo and humidity runs high often. Beats placing rdamp rid bucks often. Only complaint is it loses the wifi occasionally and you have to either reboot the router or power off and on . Both tough when your remote. Speaking of remote, I like the ability to check on it and send me notifications if needed
