The Complete Jewish Study Bible pairs the updated text of the Complete Jewish Bible translation with extra study material, to help readers understand and connect with the Jewish roots of the Christian faith. The Complete Jewish Bible shows that the word of God, from Genesis to Revelation, is a unified Jewish book meant for everyone—Jew and non- Jew alike. Translated by David H. Stern with new, updated introductions by Rabbi Barry Rubin, it has been a best-seller for over twenty years. This translation, combined with beautiful, modern design and helpful features, makes this an exquisite, one-of-a-kind Bible. Unique to The Complete Jewish Study Bible are a number of helpful articles and notes to aid the reader in understanding the Jewish context for the Scriptures, both in the Tanakh (the Old Testament) and the B’rit Hadashah (the New Testament). Features include: - Twenty-five contributors (both Jewish and Christian), including John Fischer, Patrice Fischer, Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum, Walter C. Kaiser, Jr., Rabbi Russell Resnik, and more - Thirty-four topical articles ranging from topics such as the menorah (or “candelabra of God”) and repentance (t’shuvah) in the Bible, to Yeshua’s “Sermon on the Mount” and the Noachide Laws (the laws given by God to Noah and subsequent generations) and their applicability to Gentiles - In addition to these topical articles and detailed study notes, there are twelve tracks or themes running throughout the Bible with 117 articles, covering topics such as Jewish Customs, the Names of God, Shabbat, and the Torah - New Bible book introductions, written from a Jewish perspective - Bottom-of-page notes to help readers understand the deeper meanings behind the Jewish text - Sabbath and Holy Day Scripture readings - Offers the original Hebrew names for people, places, and concepts Review: ヘブライ語から忠実な英語訳 - 英語の翻訳で聖書本来の良さが左右されますが、この聖書はヘブライ語に忠実です。 Review: Thank you so much🙏🏼 - I really LOVE this BIBLE🙏🏼 ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Amazon 売れ筋ランキング | 洋書 - 133,350位 ( 洋書の売れ筋ランキングを見る ) Judaism (洋書) - 239位 Bible & Other Sacred Texts (洋書) - 990位 Education & Reference - 28,971位 | | おすすめ度 | 5つ星のうち4.8 4,594 レビュー | ## Images ![The Complete Jewish Study Bible: Insights for Jews & Christians: Illuminating the Jewishness of God's Word - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/818oYnsYTSL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ヘブライ語から忠実な英語訳 *by ハ***綠 on 2023年5月12日に日本でレビュー済み* 英語の翻訳で聖書本来の良さが左右されますが、この聖書はヘブライ語に忠実です。 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much🙏🏼 *by 公***名 on 2020年7月21日に日本でレビュー済み* I really LOVE this BIBLE🙏🏼 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality product for an inexpensive Bible *by C***E on 2024年10月13日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済み* Nothing to dislike, Hard cover, light pages, thin but still ok - but don’t recommend using highlighters, print not too small. Very unique features. A glossary of Hebrew words with pronunciation into English and definitions along with maps at the end of the book. An index of scriptures from the Hebrew Scriptures found in the New Testament. A Topical and a Theme Articles Index. List of contributors and suggestions for further readings. The translator is David H. Stern. Dr. Stern taught Fuller Theological Seminary’s course on Judaism and is an officer of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America now living in Jerusalem. Being a Jewish person I have had a hard time dealing with the antisemitism and ignorance of Judaism in the N.T. - with Dr. Stern’s research and commentary it’s readable. Finally a translation from the Greek I can stomach and it makes sense in the light of the Hebrew Scriptures - the Tanach. Being an English speaking person all my life I am not familiar with ALL the Hebrew words included in this translation so I look them up in the glossary and enjoy how they add to the understanding. I am absolutely thrilled to find this Bible. Adding it to my Torah studies snd currently enjoying the Psalms. Non Jewish readers only familiar with translated into English names may find the Hebrew names confusing at first, but you can figure them out easily. This Bible is a beautiful translation to add to anyone’s Scripture study. With this Bible you can see Jews and Christians are truly one people. Buy it and learn! Thanks Dr. Stern and all Praise to Adonai! ## Frequently Bought Together - The Complete Jewish Study Bible (Hardcover): Illuminating the Jewishness of God's Word - 52 Hebrew Words Every Christian Should Know - The Interlinear Bible: Hebrew-Greek-English (English, Hebrew and Greek Edition) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/741359745-the-complete-jewish-study-bible-insights-for-jews-and-christians](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/741359745-the-complete-jewish-study-bible-insights-for-jews-and-christians) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
