I have purchased from this company 7 times. In the past the quality has ranged from 3 to 5 stars. For my business I mainly use it for invoices so it's not a huge deal. For the price I was happy. This last purchase I decided to change all colors at the same time in order to have a fresh start. Every color was printing as though it was going out. I ended up having to purchase from another company and the problem was fixed. I understand that many of these are recycled but to put brand new sealed toners and from the beginning they were all going out and smearing ink all over the pages. I honestly believe they sealed up used cartridges and sold them as new. I will not be purchasing from this company again!
