Best Customer Service Ever!
I was in a car accident last year and my mobility has suffered because of it. My doctor advised me to get a "treadmill" to strengthen my legs and work on stabilization. I loved this "walking pad"! It fits perfectly in my bedroom & very quiet. I loved all of the features, and you can't beat the price! I mean come on, slide it out of the box and you are good to go, who doesn't love that. I do highly recommend it if you are looking for a walking pad.Unfortunately due to my instability, I am not able to keep it because it doesn't come with a handle bar, and there is no way to attach one. I have to have a handle. I tried holding on to the window sill in my room but that didn't work.I contacted customer service and the woman that helped me went above & beyond! In this day and age to find great customer service is a rarity. This company is amazing and truly do want you to be satisfied with your purchase and their product.I couldn't return it because we had thrown the box out, but that is ok I can figure something out. I did buy another Wellfit treadmill that has a handle and Vivian gave me a small credit towards the purchase of a different model.It will be arriving today and I can't wait to get started.A big shout out to Vivian and to Wellfit for helping me out. I truly appreciate it. And I wanted to let everyone know how awesome your product & company is.Don't hesitate to buy from them.

a day since January 2025 and has been working great. Very easy to use. We have only walked not run so don't know if it would act differently.

Walking pad
I love it, however does not sync with off brand trackers. This makes it inconvenient to use the app.Was well pkg. And seems pretty durable for bigger gal.Easy to follow instructions. Good length on the walking surface. Pretty quiet running as well.I would recommend especially if you have a name tracker for exercise

love this is easy to hide, works well & a great buy! I don't use it under my desk, but it works well and is super quiet. I do not have a bar to hold onto, but I put it next to something I can grab ahold of if I need to, but if you are not really stable on your feet, I would purchase the grab bar.
