Mouth Guard for Grinding Teeth at Night: Moldable Dental Guard for Sleeping (4 Guards)

Bought these based on the reviews and have to say this product does not disappoint. Great value that they come in a 4 pack, easy to mould and had the most comfortable sleep in months. Used to have a dentist cast one which was over £200, so for this to be such a good fit has saved me so much money and helps me get a good sleep.

I bought this mouth guard as my tongue was putting pressure at the back of my front teeth at night. This mouth guard has stopped all that because the material of the mouth guard means the tongue hasn't got that room to travel, plus the guard covers the teeth completely, so added protection there too. The mouth guard itself makes a very good impression of the teeth, easy to wear, and it leaves a fresh taste in the mouth. Excellent value for money. For me, this is one of the best products I have ever purchased on Amazon.

Don’t bother. Save your money, unless you have a penchant for gagging, then this is the product for you. Too big, hard, clumsy, feels uncomfortable and unnatural in your mouth. Bought for TMJ problem for stress, the perils of going through a divorce with a narcissist, but ended up getting a night guard from the dentist. I suggest this as a better option. 💕

I find it bulky (I used to have a NHS one) but it does do the job. I bought this to try to avoid having to get one from the dentist and as the reviews were good. It’s easy to set the mould and comfy to wear but as it’s so bulky, my mouth stays open overnight a little and in the morning I look like I had lip fillers overnight! That’s said, it was comfy enough to wear overnight and easy enough to clean. Comes with a case to store it. I didn’t have to trim the ends as it fit well without the need. I’ve worked it four times now. I will continue to do so for longer to really try it out.

Something that actually works , put into boiling water for a few seconds and moulds to your teeth very comfortable to wear at night , like rubber ,very happy

I'd give these guards 6 stars if I could. By far the easiest to mould to fit I've ever used, many times easier than sports guard of which I've tried and used many. Once fitted I trimmed with sharp scissors. I sleep all night through no problems and no biting my own tongue. Comfy, easy to use, easy to clean. 10 out of 10 product.

About me: I grind my teeth at night. I used to get mouth guards made by the dentist, but one year when I needed a new one, I couldn't get an appointment for the next 6 months so looked for alternative options. I've now been using these for several years and never looked back. Comfort: They're slightly thicker and spongier than the dentist ones, but I haven't found it to be a problem and sleep fine with it in. I think they took a few nights to get used to at first, but so did the dentist ones. Just keep shoving it back in your mouth when you spit it out and you eventually get used to it 😅. They're much easier to make than the dentist ones. I used to call up the dentist, make an appointment, wait for the appointment (usually a few weeks), physically go to the dentist, let them fill my mouth with gross goo, wait 2 weeks for the lab to make it and then attend a second appointment for them to "fit" the new mouth guard. Now, I keep a stock of these so I always have some ready to go. When one starts to split, I stick a new one in a mug of hot water for 15 seconds, then I stuff it in my mouth for about 10 seconds, then it's done 👏. If that was the last one I press "buy again" on Amazon and someone resupplies me. What a relief! Durability & cost effectiveness: Each one lasts me 2-3 months with my level of night time grinding before starting to split at the sides. The dentist-made ones lasted about 9 months, but cost about 40x as much per mouth guard (because I get 4 of these in a pack, making them about £2.50 each). This works out at about a 90% cost reduction on the professionally made ones, when taking the reduced durability into account. Protection: Seems to do a good job of stopping my teeth from getting ground into smithereens as well. Haven't had any problems since using these, just replace it when it starts splitting. Conclusion: Some people haven't been as successful as me, but at a significant cost reduction from the dentist, it's probably at least worth a try first.

Hey all, gonna review this honestly. No I’m not staff and no I’m not affiliated. I’m just a normal customer with some seriously painful night bruxism. 😩 This is seriously the best, most comfortable mouth guard I have ever owned in my entire life. I’m not kidding either! I had gone to the dentist and they told me I was damaging my teeth from clenching and grinding my teeth so bad every night. I grind my teeth so much at night that I actually grinded my back molars totally flat! I have also chipped my front teeth. So I went looking for a mouth guard to help me stop destroying my teeth. I have tried other mouth guards before but they were all horrendously uncomfortable and would hurt my mouth. Then I gave these guys a try,(Reazeal brand) and I am SOOO glad I did because after following the instructions, I shaped these mouth guards to fit my mouth perfectly! I used all the small ones, the big ones are too big for my little mouth, but I could probably cut them to size if I need to. But so far these are really perfect for me, best of all, I can actually sleep with my mouth closed while wearing them! The horrible mouth guards I had before were so big for my little mouth that it made my mouth stay open and I would drool on ny pillow! Yuck! Talk about embarrassing! But NOT these guys! These guys are REALLY customize for your mouth and fit perfectly because you can customize them for your mouth. This is the only inexpensive mouth guard I have ever owned that saves me from destroying my teeth further. Bruxism is an awful thing for your teeth, so I am so happy that I can save my teeth from further damage without having to cough up $400- $600 for a custom mouth guard from the dentist. I can just keep using these! When they wear down, I will just buy more! If you were looking for a comfortable inexpensive mouth guard, these are the ones for ya! I am so happy I bought mine, I only wish I had bought them much, much sooner because I then I could have saved my poor teeth from all the damage my nightly bruxism inflicted! My grinding was so bad that it actually caused a big hole in my back molar and I actually got an abscess and had to have a root canal! It was so painful the infection spread to my jaw. But I got it all fixed. If only I had these sooner that all could have been avoided! Well, what matters now is that these mouth guards will save me from destroying my teeth any further and especially preventing me from destroying my tooth that the dentists repaired via root canal. These mouth guards really are a life saver. If you’re destroying your teeth like me, or clench and grind so bad you get headaches, I highly recommend these. It will save your teeth!
