I bought this mouth guard as my tongue was putting pressure at the back of my front teeth at night. This mouth guard has stopped all that because the material of the mouth guard means the tongue hasn't got that room to travel, plus the guard covers the teeth completely, so added protection there too.The mouth guard itself makes a very good impression of the teeth, easy to wear, and it leaves a fresh taste in the mouth.Excellent value for money.For me, this is one of the best products I have ever purchased on Amazon.

Paid for same day delivery but it came the day after. Anyway I tried 2 mouth guards the first one ( the biggest) I tried, made me feel like vomiting when it place. The smaller guard wasn't tight on my teeth and I was worried that I would choke in my sleep, it was that loose. They also produced a bad taste in my mouth and I was producing loads of saliva. They might work for some people but not for me. I wasted my money. No definitely wouldn't recommend buying

About me:I grind my teeth at night. I used to get mouth guards made by the dentist, but one year when I needed a new one, I couldn't get an appointment for the next 6 months so looked for alternative options. I've now been using these for several years and never looked back.Comfort:They're slightly thicker and spongier than the dentist ones, but I haven't found it to be a problem and sleep fine with it in. I think they took a few nights to get used to at first, but so did the dentist ones. Just keep shoving it back in your mouth when you spit it out and you eventually get used to it 😅.They're much easier to make than the dentist ones. I used to call up the dentist, make an appointment, wait for the appointment (usually a few weeks), physically go to the dentist, let them fill my mouth with gross goo, wait 2 weeks for the lab to make it and then attend a second appointment for them to "fit" the new mouth guard. Now, I keep a stock of these so I always have some ready to go. When one starts to split, I stick a new one in a mug of hot water for 15 seconds, then I stuff it in my mouth for about 10 seconds, then it's done 👏. If that was the last one I press "buy again" on Amazon and someone resupplies me. What a relief!Durability & cost effectiveness:Each one lasts me 2-3 months with my level of night time grinding before starting to split at the sides. The dentist-made ones lasted about 9 months, but cost about 40x as much per mouth guard (because I get 4 of these in a pack, making them about £2.50 each). This works out at about a 90% cost reduction on the professionally made ones, when taking the reduced durability into account.Protection:Seems to do a good job of stopping my teeth from getting ground into smithereens as well. Haven't had any problems since using these, just replace it when it starts splitting.Conclusion:Some people haven't been as successful as me, but at a significant cost reduction from the dentist, it's probably at least worth a try first.

I find it bulky (I used to have a NHS one) but it does do the job. I bought this to try to avoid having to get one from the dentist and as the reviews were good. It’s easy to set the mould and comfy to wear but as it’s so bulky, my mouth stays open overnight a little and in the morning I look like I had lip fillers overnight! That’s said, it was comfy enough to wear overnight and easy enough to clean. Comes with a case to store it. I didn’t have to trim the ends as it fit well without the need. I’ve worked it four times now. I will continue to do so for longer to really try it out.

I thought I would try these as my dentist says I grind my teeth at night. The moulding procedure was simple but I had to trim them quite a bit to stop me from gagging. They are quite thick and I found my sleep quite disturbed when I used them. Unfortunately not for me but glad I tried them.

Something that actually works , put into boiling water for a few seconds and moulds to your teeth very comfortable to wear at night , like rubber ,very happy

Easy to mould to shape. It felt very bulky at the beginning of the first night but by morning it seemed to have adapted to my shape so quite comfortable.

Don’t bother. Save your money, unless you have a penchant for gagging, then this is the product for you.Too big, hard, clumsy, feels uncomfortable and unnatural in your mouth.Bought for TMJ problem for stress, the perils of going through a divorce with a narcissist, but ended up getting a night guard from the dentist.I suggest this as a better option. 💕

I bought this as a temporary solution for my teeth grinding until I can get my proper fitted guard from my dentist. I immediately noticed how horribly bulky and uncomfortable this is, so much so that even with moulding it never fit and made me feel like I was choking (not to mention the horrible plastic flavour). I brought it into my dentist to show it and thankfully I did, because he looked at it and said if I used this long term it would genuinely shift my jaw and cause irreversible damage unless I got surgery. My advice, don’t buy this stuff and commit to a proper one your dentist recommends, or get a fitted one if you can!

This product turned out to be way too big for my mouth. But it is soft and should help the teeth at night or when ever you want toGood dollar value!
