My daughter asks for us to read this book all the time. The premise is that a little old lady travels into the woods to gather supplies. On her way home, she comes across an assortment of things that try to scare her. This includes boots, pants, gloves, and pumpkin head. Each item has a fun interactive component, like clapping, wiggling, shaking, and saying boo. In the end, the parts come together as a scarecrow and scare the crows away. This is a great book for young kids. It has a fun art style, interactive parts, a Halloween theme, and shouldn't be scary for most kids.
