The handle feels nice in the hands. It chops and dices like it's going through butter.

Heavier than expected, which is good. Very sharp. Excellent for cutting meat. Not the best for vegetables due to the curve of the blade & shorter length. Good addition to the kitchen.

Read some reviews in which the complaints were the sharpness of the knife. I can tell you it is sharp. I sliced through raw chicken breasts and steak with absolutely little effort. I’d change the handle. Not so ergonomically crafted and a bit awkward if you asked me. Update It’s been a few months now and the knife still works well. Love how it cut through frozen chicken. In fact, it easier to cut frozen chicken than it is to cut it after thawing it out. Warning: this knife will rust. If left wet the hammered part of the knife will rust out and even after washing it the rust remains. Consider that when buying.

Be Careful of not getting an actual Huusk it can be confusing. Huusk best knif ever!!
