Windblade&Chromia
I must say, that I really, really enjoyed this book! It shows character, emotion and depth (even with Starscream, of all characters!).I like the art style, like a blend of Transformers Animated meets Transformers Prime. Windblade is a fun character to see fleshed out, as a type of upcoming hero, or rookie soldier if you will. I especially like how Chromia was portrayed as a bot of action, and a bit short tempered (for instance, she terrorized some reporters with her axe when they were bothering her and Windblade). And Starscream was really interesting to see in this story, all thanks to the illustration style... the way his expression was drawn, or the pose he made or sometimes both, really invoked his persona. You even get a few panels where he appears genuinely confused or terrified, the art is that good. And lets not forget the story, which really is all about Windblade, Chromia and Starscream. There are some support characters, like Rattrap, Blurr and even Waspinator, but it's all about the first three. Without spoiling anything, all I got to say is that Chromia's character arc in this really stood out the most for me.After this and the toy, I am really looking forward to more of Windblade, Chromia and many more fembots, and not just in the comic book world. I want to see them in the next cartoon, movie (hopefully not by Michael Bay) or game. Please let this happen!

Good but a little short.
So I came into this not knowing what to expect. Windblade is an entirely new creation just for IDW, and I have never red anything by Mairghread Scott before. I was worried that this was all goanna be a way to shove some new charters into the current universe. I was presently surprised to find to find that the addition of Windblade was handled really well. I ended up really enjoying her story. I can't say this is my favorite IDW story so far but it was definitely worth purchasing and added meaningfully to the over all Transformers story. I would have liked there to have been about one more issue to this, Windblade ends up being such an engaging charter that I can't wait to see more of her. As this is her spotlight I could have used a little more back story on her but I suppose that will have to wait.

Windblade …..charismatic and worthy of leadership.
The artwork is certainly good, though not to my personal tastes.Windblade is presented as a charismatic female protagonist role model for both male and female readers. She is not a flat character. If she is boring to you, then her bodyguard partner (female warrior Chromia) is a nice Yin to Windblade's Yang………they have opposite opinions and convictions which can influence/inspire each other, from time to time. Though, it may seem to some that Windblade might come of as a goody-two-shoes, she is not above breaking the rules to achieve her goals before villainous rivals achieve theirs. She has fears, worries, hope, ambitions, and such…..and she expresses them well. It is safe to say she is a versatile character that makes her seem……….human.

A New Transformer...
I recently been reading Transformers: Robots in Disguise and Transformers: Windblade. Both comics are superb. Each chapters (especially Transformers: Windblade) are connected to the following events after the Transformers: Dark Cybertron war. It was a great read and an astonishing expansion to the Transformers Universe as more issues are published this year. Take note that the Camien or the Transformer, Windblade, is new to the Transformers Universe. If you want to know the historic backstory of the Transformers and the Cybertronian War before Windblade (in the work of IDW Publishing), read the earliest issues of IDW 's Transformers: Robots in Disguise that leads to Transformers: Dark Cybertron and intertwines with Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye.

Interesting
I'm not a huge fan of "new" Transformers. There are so many characters already, it hardly seems necessary to create new ones. This story was okay though. The plot twist doesn't make any sense to me, and I don't like the art. But it's an okay read.

A fun story for a brand new character
A fun story for a brand new character. The art helps bring out the character's personality (although to me it feels it's different from how we see her in her first appearance), and it's a refreshing style for TF.

Good artwork, nice story and some pretty shots of Starscream going on...
Pure gold. Artwork is amazing with it's brilliand colours and amazing scenes. Windblade is great character, I would love to see more of her. Also contains fair amount of Starscream shenanigans, which is always good.

A new character quickly becoming a favourite
Interesting seeing the aftermath of the Autobot Decepticon war through the eyes of a new comer and how she goes about making a name for herself on a Cybetron ruled by Starscream (No really) we also see characters from across the various era of the franchise including Waspinator and Tankor. The lovely artwork helps as well

Damaged product
The pages fell out as I was reading them. The product is defective but I can’t return it because I didn’t get to reading it until after the return cutoff. It’s not fair to ship things out without checking the condition of it. I didn’t think there would be something this wrong with a comic
