## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the max output power for a single port on this power bank?**
A: The USB-C port alone supports up to 100W output (requires a PD 3.0-compatible device and 100W-rated cable). When using both USB-C ports simultaneously, total output reaches 145W combined.

**Q: Why does charging slow down when the power bank is above 80% battery?**
A: This is intentional battery protection! Above 80% charge, the system switches to trickle charging to extend battery lifespan and prevent overheating. The display will show the current input power, and estimated full charge time may increase.

**Q: How do I achieve the advertised 100W/145W fast charging?**
A: Follow these steps 1. Single-port 100W charging: Use the included 100W USB-C to C cable with a compatible device (e.g., laptops). 2. Dual-port 145W charging: Only use both USB-C ports (total device demand ≤145W).

**Q: How can I better charge my headphones and smartwatch?**
A: Use the Low-Current Mode to ensure a full charge. To activate: Double-click the power button. A running light animation on the smart digital display will confirm it’s enabled. To deactivate: Double-click the power button again after charging.

**Q: Why can't I charge my Samsung phone up to 45W with the power bank?**
A: Troubleshoot here 1. Check if your phone supports PD or QC fast charging. 2. Use the included 100W USB-C cable. 3. Charge via a single USB-C port (multi-port use may limit power).
