DV220MW9 DVD Reproductor VCR Combo (Reacondicionado)

I have been waiting for a couple of years to find one of these at a reasonable price so that I could watch all of my mom's VHS tapes. If I didn't know that it was a renewed product, I would have thought that it was brand new. I was also impressed by how carefully it was packaged. It was easy to connect to my TV and I am still watching videos.

The remote was not compatible with the VCR/DVD. Would not work even though we put new batteries in.

I tested the VCR and the image quality was fine. However the VCR ate my tape for no reason when I went to eject it. I finally managed to get my tape out of the VCR but not without a 15 seconds of my video from November 1995 being permanently damaged. So I packed the VCR and immediately returned it to Amazon the following day for a full refund. And guess what? Amazon still hasn't refunded the returned product even though it's been a month now that I have sent it back and that they even confirmed me that they have receive it. Instead, I get the usual runaround with dates to follow-up with them being constantly pushed later (now it's 2024-07-28). Buy at your own risk. Maybe you'll get an unit that is completely flawless. Keep in mind that you might get a defective product, and if the case you're in for a quite a ride as far getting your refund in a timely manner.

I've had three of these. The first one lasted two years..so this past January of 2024..I purchased another one..I'm pretty sure it was from a different vendor..it was a silver in color..so knew it was a different model even though I matched the model number when purchasing it.. .well it stopped working last week..I only got six months out of it..not happy about that at all and I let Amazon know about it. However this one I received looks exactly like my first one I had..I hooked it up yesterday and so far no complaints.

This item only worked once an the second twe used it it stopped working and kept our TAPE not impressed at all? Ps we would like our TAPE sent back to us please.
