My skin feels cool, and there’s a tingling sensation. Is this normal?

It contains ingredients that help cool the skin by lowering its temp. and soothing irritation. But, depending on your skin, it may cause redness or a burning sensation. If so, stop use and consult a doctor. Do not use on burned or problematic skin.

It’s really hard to apply. How should I do it?

We recommend placing the product in a cool area before use and applying it in the correct order. Since the product is designed to stretch as you apply it, storing it in a warm place may reduce its tension effect.

It seems to cover my eyebrows.

The forehead section is designed to fit a general area. We recommend applying it slightly above your eyebrows and pulling it upward as you stick it on for better placement.
