Our grandson is 10 and we got the 5-8. I think the smaller size would be best for you....and they are adjustable.

Yes if she is a little kids 14 this would be perfect with heavy socks. The next size down is too small I made that mistake as my daughter is in a 13. I had to send them back

Yes they can be sharpened, they are a typical ice skate blade. They seemed to be ready to skate on out of the box.

Easy to use skates for beginners

Great skates for beginners. I love that they’re adjustable so as he grows we can get more use out of them. They’re easy to adjust, too. The combo lace, Velcro and buckles make sure they’re secure for skating and has plenty of ankle support. The blades were a little dull and needed sharpening but that’s an easy fix at any ice area. The only negative is the blade covers are very thin and small. Definitely had to replace the covers but the skates work great.

My 3-year-old daughter wanted to try ice skating this year, and these have been so much easier to put on and adjust than rental skates. I love that they’ll grow with her, even if she doesn’t use them a ton this season. They hold her tiny feet snug and feel comfy. The price is great too!
