IT SIMPLY LISTS THE INGREDIENTS BUT DOES NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT. I HAVE TO STATE THAT IT HAS NOT HELPED ME WITH MY NEUROPATHY PAIN IN MY FEET AND LEGS.
