Really really works! More so for pain. The super cooling weird sensation only last a few minutes then u notice pain subsided a bit.

It's a bit strong in terms of smell and how it sticks to your hands, but it is amazing and soothing on your back or any place where you have discomfort or soreness.

This seems to work quickly. I used it last night and my neuropathic pain was much less. It has an interesting odor , minty but I it changes and fades.

It must have menthol in it so wouldn’t be for you if you don’t like it! Using for leg cramps and working well!
