Original Black Tea, 80 Breakfast Tea Bags

Tetley Original is a classic everyday tea that gets the basics absolutely right. It is smooth, refreshing, and tasty, with a full flavour that makes it just as good for a first cup in the morning as it is for a brew later in the day. What stands out most is how reliable it is. You get a proper, familiar cup of black tea with a good depth of flavour, but without it becoming harsh or bitter. It works well with milk, tastes clean and refreshing, and has that comforting quality you want from a trusted everyday tea. The large 240 bag pack is also very practical and offers good value, especially for a household that gets through plenty of tea. It is the sort of staple product that is easy to keep buying because you know exactly what you are getting each time. It is also nice to see the Rainforest Alliance certification, which adds a bit of reassurance around sourcing alongside the quality of the tea itself. Overall, this is a great quality black tea that is smooth, refreshing, and consistently enjoyable. I would happily buy it again.

You simply cannot go wrong with this. The 240 bag size is excellent, lasting ages and saving constant trips to restock. It feels like a commitment to good tea rather than a temporary arrangement. Strength is exactly where it should be. It brews into a full flavoured, rich cup that tastes like proper tea should. Not weak, not bitter, just balanced and satisfying. Whether it is first thing in the morning or a mid afternoon reset, it delivers every time. Longevity is impressive both in terms of the box lasting and the consistency of the bags. Each one performs the same, brewing evenly and holding flavour well. No fading, no disappointment, just reliable results. For the quantity and quality combined, the value for money is excellent. It is a staple for a reason. I thank this tea. My kettle thanks this tea. The nation may debate many things, but this brew holds steady. Long may it steep.

Fantastic price thanks

Loverly tea bags I always buy them well recommended

I ordered these Tetley Original tea bags from Amazon as I drink tea every day and this is one of my go-to brands. The tea tastes exactly as expected — strong, smooth, and perfect with a splash of milk. Unfortunately, the outer box arrived slightly torn and dented, as shown in the photo. The tea bags inside were still intact and usable, but the packaging damage was a little disappointing. That said, the flavour is still great and the tea brews nicely in just a couple of minutes. If you enjoy classic British tea, this is still a reliable option. Overall, it’s good quality tea, but the packaging could have been handled better during delivery.

Value for money

Tetley teabags was a very good offer very good quality Refreshing cup of tea Would recommend it

Number one tea we drink tetley every day only trouble we've had is quite a few teabags have burst.

Great

As a Brit, these are the only teabags that taste like home! Come on Come on

Quite expensive but a must buy. Can’t imagine to use any other brand.
