I use this stuff for soups, meatloaf, in rubs, etc. And, save yourself some money and make your own chipotle mayo with the stuff, as light or heavy as you like. A considerable savings over store bought chipotle mayo.

Use this in my dry rub. The color goes well with paprika and the heat is about the same but this leaves a small citrus flavor in the background. Well pleased

These chili powders are fresh and taste great. I use chili powder in many recipes. The little packets have a nice seal on the bags which will help keep them fresh for a long time. I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy again.

The cost for this product seems high mainly because it was hot but not as hot as expected.

You may like it, and you may not; but I find the flavor of this particular habanero powder quite undesirable. It has a smokey taste that lingers in your mouth for several minutes before it finally goes away. I have tried other Mexican habanero powders that have all the heat, but adds no flavor. If you prefer the heat, rather than flavor, then you might not like this one. If you need habanero that has some character, then it might work for you. There's nothing really wrong with it, and I have no problem recommending it, but it isn't for everyone.
