Specified an exact date for delivery when ordered online but did not hear from anyone to confirm. Rang and spoke to A lovely lady who could not be any nicer. She confirmed date and even got driver to call me when he was on way. Arrived on pallet in two large boxes. Packed very well and protected. Took an hour to unpack and assemble on my own. Wasn't rushing. All very well made and great quality. Had a few rattan bits in past and this is the best wuality and build yet. really chuffed with how easy to build. Extra bolts too just incase. Cushions are amazing. Really good quality, thick and comfy and fit really well. Perfect height for eating at table so must be vertically challenged people writing reviews saying its table too low. Any questions are answered efficiently and that gave me great buying confidence.
