I used this to make recreate a Magic lemonade I got at a cafe. it was the best price per oz I could find. Added a bit to a few table spoons of hot water. Very fun to watch the blue turn purple with the ph change. Especially for kids.

I use this to make color changing lemonade for my kids. I make tea out of this (just hot water and the butterfly pea flower powder) and drizzle it into a glass of lemonade. It reacts with the lemon juice and turns a vibrant pink color! So fun.
