Nice arch supports
I have really enjoyed these arch supports. They fit in any of my shoes and really help my feet. The leather can come unglued from the plastic and I haven’t really found anything that can stick it back down too effectively, I am still able to use them though.

Just the Right Amount of Support
I am a women's size 9 wide and the men's size 7 inserts fit me perfectly. These inserts fit nicely in my dress shoes and gives me just the right amount of support. I love the metatarsal support, too! You can't find that extra little pad in many inserts. I'm very happy with my purchase.

TOO MUCH arch support
