Great lites to replace hps
Switched from 1000 hps to 2 of these. Still a decent output and good finished product. Low heat and low electric use. I was a bit reluctant but have been very satisfied

Failed with only five months of use
I used this light in a 5x5 grow tent for three months of December 2024 - March 2025 to grow a few plants. The light was linked to a Vivosun controller so that the light was on for 18 hours per day and fans on 25 minutes then off for five, then back on again cycling 25/5 repeatedly. Worked flawlessly. The light was reactivated Jan 5 2026, 20 hours on, 4 hours off, and overnight on jan6-7, my cameras picked up a strobe feature. I checked and the light is failing. Didn’t even operate this for more than 4 months. One year warranty. Don’t recommend buying this item for this reason. Good quality, great functionality and simple with the vivosun controller. Just not with the money because it didn’t even operate for half of its warrantied life.

Powerful light with good features, but does not last more very long.
This light is really outstanding for the amount of light it puts out and the controllable features. The poor rating is due to the light starting to randomly blink after 6 months of use. It is a pretty expensive light to only last this long. It started out with just a few blinks each day and now it happens 6 to 10 times an hour. At this rate of increase in 2 weeks it will be happening every minute or so. I have contacted Vivosun support and if they resolve the problem I will come back and add an update if possible.
