George R. R. Martin's A Game of Thrones 5-Book Boxed Set (Song of Ice and Fire Series): A Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast for Crows, and A Dance with Dragons

Absolutely stunning, epic, and gripping tale on a scale unlike anything I have read before. I don’t normally read fantasy books, but picked this up on a whim because of the popularity of the tv series (which I have not seen), and ended up devouring all five books in a few months. The kindle edition with books 1 - 5 is a bargain in my opinion, and I highly recommend it to everyone, regardless of whether or not you are interested in fantasy.

Great read. Getting an inside view of the characters minds, really shifted my opinions of most of the characters.

It’s an affordable set to get hooked on the dramatic fantasy series. It’s not luxurious or meant as a collector’s item, but for casual readers or people looking for a bargain, I recommend it. The slipcase is nice to store them together, but the art doesn’t make it a necessity. I do have some gripes about the print quality where the print edges sometimes expand to the edges of the pages, so it creates a wave effect of enough thumb space to having to be careful not to smudge the print. But, it’s the basic mass market paperback set, so they’re all alike and the issue isn’t exclusive to this set. Get it if you want the whole series. I paid a little less than what it’d cost to buy each book separately. The maps are quite small but the appendix is helpful for the family Houses.

TVシリーズ「Game of Thrones」を見て、本を読もうと思って買いました。 5冊セットとしてまとまっているのできれい。表紙も立体的になっているのでかっこいい。 内容はとてもおもしろい。ストーリーはTVシリーズより深い、そして違ってたりする。 ストーリーだけでなく、地図や家系図があって、分かりやすい。 1ヶ月に1冊くらいのペースで読んでます。 いつもリュックに入れて持ち歩いているから、読み終わった本は少しくしゃくしゃになってしまう。

想像より本のサイズと字のサイズが小さく辞書まではいかないが薄めの紙です。 コンパクトなので持ち運びも楽です。 旦那はとても喜んでいます。

I read five thick books, and the story is still going and I do not know when the sixth book will be released. It is good that I could buy all five books in a set, though. This story is like potent drink. I have gotten addicted, and I want the next one.

Fantastic value and a great way to get this intricate and enthralling series. If you like fantasy, drama, intrigue, the tv show, or reading in general, do yourself a favour and read these books.

The quality of the print was rather poor, but the price excellent. Dying for the next book now! Good value.

Güzel bir set, biraz küçük ama bence daha estetik duruyor ve okuması oldukça kolay, böyle güzel bir seriye değer kesinlikle.

Vraiment incroyable j’adore ces livres je vous conseille sincèrement de les prendre au vu du prix. Pour les plus pointilleux les pages sont un peu fines et l’encre a parfois imprimé la page contre laquelle elle était mais ce sont des détails les couvertures sont sublimes, l’écriture est parfaite et j’ai enfin pu avoir les 5 livres BEAUX ET ABORDABLES .

I bought the used one. It says “Used - Acceptable”. Only thing was that the outter box (which is a paper box) has been damaged. It was not a problem for me. The books were clean, intact and unused. So without the box itself, i got 5 brand new books. Books are small though, they are still readable and portable, the pages are thin and a bit bigger than A6 paper. I like the cover design so much
