What is the expired date?

June 2013 is the expiration date, I drink this every day and it is great if you get it. I think it might last longer but 3 months is good for me.

How many onces does each packet need?

One packet works for me in my 16 oz cup. Other brands have taken 2 packets.

Is this listing at just under $6 for 8 boxes of 8 (64 packets) or 1 box of 8 (8 packets)?

I used to buy it by the case from Amazon. Then apparently Amazon would only sell it in their stores, and only ship 6 boxes a week, each containing 5 packets and a packet cost around $3.75. So I'd go around to Starbucks stores and buy up their Iced Coffee. Others were doing it too, but selling on Amazon for up to $25 a packet. Maybe it's a supply shortage, or maybe Amazon's just tired of making money. It's definitly a high-demand product, especially in the desert where I live.

A pack with 5 instant coffee mixes is sold for $5.80 in Starbucks store. Why almost double the price here?

In my Starbucks it is 7.99, if you're lucky to get it for 580 that's great I believe Amazon is for those who do not have access to it , some people do not have a Starbucks in their town to go and buy it so this is for them , considering it is $5.80 no matter where you buy it you still have to pay shipping so it still comes out to $11 .thank you for your question hope this answers it
