元々はキャンプ用にZWILLINGを使用していましたが、折り畳めるものが欲しくて購入 切れ味も良く大変満足しています。

バゲットやトマトなどよく切れます。アーミーナイフに比べると柄の部分が簡単な作りですが、洗うには良いです。

折りたたみ式ではない物を日頃から使っています。こちらも同様、良く切れる割には 先も丸いし子供にも安全なような気がします。 ただ刃をを仕舞うのにちょっとしたコツがあります。コンパクトになるしキャンプなんかには 良いです。

切れ味は良い。 胴に手掛かりの凹みが欲しい。ロック外しに両手が必 要なこと、確実に軽い力でロックを外せる計らいが欲しい。ロック外しで畳むならば、畳んでロックも付けて欲しい。こんなところで妥協しろと考えているならば残念なメーカーに落ちる
