Ehhhhhh - Update
I've been using this for a little over a month and have not noticed any remarkable changed in breathing or endurance... It has not helped to loosen congestion nor has it opened airways. Jan.2020 Well, it does take time to work but I've found that this in conjunction with "Breathe" supplement has worked very well. Reordering as we speak :)

Too soon to tell...
Used it to breathe better at night...take it on and off, but have felt better breathing ( a little bit better) when I actually have taken it....need to use it for a longer period of time to REALLY tell it's effectiveness...
