Can these be used in the weep holes of sliding doors?

It depends on the size of the weep holes. You must measure the exact size of your weep holes and order according to that size. Even though mine were the correct size, I had to work to get them to snap in. Once snapped in, they have worked perfectly.

Do these fit simonton windows?

I believe these are generic weep hole covers, but I may be wrong. I am not a window expert, just a homeowner. Not sure where this question comes from. If it applies to weep covers, normal quantity is more than one. Unsure what number you may need.

Need you to measure the opening, both height and width, as accurately as you can. Then I might be able to answer. A single parameter is not enough to ensure oroper fit.
