I requested a refund and was told that I would not be getting one. I explained the problem of a faulty chain tensioner and was met with the runaround. I have pictures of the faulty parts and yet still they offer nothing. I would definitely recommend staying away from this seller and never buying this piece of equipment as it is not backed by the seller. Very disappointed that they have done nothing to resolve my issue. $700 Canadian down the drain. After pleading with them and asking to at the very least replace the defective part the finally agreed. I was told they would ship out a new replacement part right away. It has been almost 50 day since and I’ve received no part.
