Premium Kenya Chevda Extra Hot

This is a bit expensive (not surprising, given how far around the world it has to travel), and the packaging arrives a bit squashed, which isn't ideal for a crunchy snack. But still—I can't tell you how excited I was to finally find this available in the US! It's hot (think Takis-level spicy), very slightly sweet, with a dash of Indian spice and a lot of crunch. Close your eyes, and you're back in East Africa with every bite. Really nothing else like it. Think trail mix, but for a Safari in the Great Rift Valley. This is the second time I've ordered, and we're always so sad when it's gone!

The product arrived on time and was well packed in a carton box to prevent squashing. Served these as a snack to my guests over the weekend, and they really loved it. Product also has an expiry date which confirms more its freshness.

Authentic Kenya Chevdo tastes like home made and reminds me of my days in Kenya . Excellent product at reasonable price. Wish they could make in available in bigger packs

I love this stuff. The local places that I normally buy from have been out, so I picked this up on Amazon.Great product. The star was deducted for the price. Of course, hey, I chose to buy it lol.Buy it local for almost half the price if you can find it.
