I did have a problem with order but all companies have issues once in a while. The sign of a very good business is how well they respond to the issue. Chicago Steak did a great job and I will be using them again and again.

Not any of the 4 steaks weighed 6 oz. they were only 5.3-5.5 ozThe meat was wonderful but the loss of meat is upsetting due to paying nearly $100 for them
