Only one side is polished, can't remember if I read that in the add. Several arrived scarred, but for the most part, nice pieces.

Great product!! Had my father's thumbprint engraved and was a heartwarming gift to my family for my father's passing.

I found these impossible to stamp, even when using great force and many hammer strikes. I hurt my neck and arm due to the extreme force I exerted, and all I managed to do was make scratches in the tag with my stamp. Very dissatisfied.

Fairly decent product rating 3 stars due to a couple of them having sharp end hes and damage to the shiny surface even with the protective coating will still buy more for upcoming projects tho.

These are not bad looking tags. that being said they are made from some of the hardest steel I've ever cut. I bought several orders of these and engrave them for people but I hate working with them; I'm constantly breaking graver tips. I can't imagine how anyone could "stamp" anything in this metal. Please, I be so grateful if anyone knows of any other stainless dogtags out there that are not so hard, could they let me know?
