OluKai Mekila Men's Beach Sandals, Full-Grain Leather Flip-Flop Slides

This is my 3rd pair of the Mekila Beach Sandals. I purchased my first almost 8 years ago. They are not only the most beautiful and elegant sandals you can get (also suitable for summer evening outings), they are also incredibly sturdy and durable. Great arch support and very good traction on multiple surfaces (including rough rocks). The fit is just right (so you may have to size up - I had to). I highly recommend.

Amazing! Pure bliss as far as flip flops go. Bought these for my GF as I’ve been wearing them for a few years now and she asked for a pair of olukai’s for Christmas but the girls version is far inferior. Starting with the leather. It’s tough and durable, the cowboy stitching is so tasteful, they are comfy shoes right out of the box, but that’s just the beginning. I wear them all day working in the studio, or standing at an art show, or cooking or cleaning or boating or shopping or or or…I love em! Maybe the best part is the security when walking on wet ground. Even painted concrete, I can walk with confidence. Oh. Jumping out of the bed of the truck onto the metal trailer frame?!?! Yeah no slip! They are the best like I said. I got her the size 8’s and the fit is perfect. Great job OluKai! Oh I also have them in black. Love those too.

My favorite flip flops i have a few of these but the leather ones are my favorite very comfortable.

I received my first pair of the brown Mekila sandals as a gift a little over 3 year ago. They took some time to break in, particularly the toe post. I work from home and wore them all day, everyday around the house. The left sandal frayed and finally broke a few days ago at the toe post! I don't think I have ever used another pair of foot wear as extensively. The embroidery had completely worn away. So I bought a new pair without thinking twice! I wear size 10 shoes and have wide feet, but I had to get size 12 for these. Great quality, beautiful embroidery. Highly recommended.

They’re very very nice.. I think they’re a little overpriced. Should probably be about $75-$95. But they’re very well-made so far so good.

It’s sad to say, although I love the how the shoes look and its stitching to the fullest! But the straps have continued to fail due to the glue not holding. I’ve returned a pair for a replacement. both were worn for only a week. now I’ve had to return the second pair because of the same issue. The straps continue to separate from the sole of the shoe because of the glue not holding. I hate that the quality of the shoe doesn’t match the actual idea. Because this shoe would be amazing if the glue would just hold. They haven’t touched water and still the glue is a malfunction. I will be trying another shoe from the company but this one is not a good pick unfortunately ☹️.

Sehr sehr teuer und wirklich billig verarbeitet. Viele Kanten und raue Stellen. Die Nähte drücken unheimlich. Keine 240 Euro wert. Tut mir leid
