## Description

LR SuperFood Starter 4 Pack + Prebio PLus Prebiotics 8 oz. LR SuperFood Starter William Davis, includes probiotic types recommended by MD, Super Gut! What is the difference between LR Superfood and traditional yoghurt? LR Superfood (LRSF) looks, tastes and smells like yogurt, but it's not technically yogurt. LRSF is a cultured milk product made with completely different types of bacteria compared to conventional yogurt. These beneficial bacteria are called Lactobacillus reuteri (L. reuteri) and significantly higher probiotics compared to conventional yoghurts. The fermentation process of LRSF is different from conventional yogurt: LRSF is fermented for 36 hours at a lower temperature and requires the addition of prebiotic fiber to the milk. This process produces probiotic bacteria numbers that are much higher than store purchased or even homemade yogurt. Literally BILLION more bacteria than yogurt. Our unique LR Superfood Starter culture ensures a high concentration of the extraordinary microorganism Lactobacillus reuter. Restoring L. reuteri to your gastrointestinal system is one of the strongest strategies you can apply for both physical and emotional LR health. Includes 4 Packs - Each Pack makes 1 litre of cultured dairy products. Cool down packages, with live cultures! Cultured Dairy Free (VEGAN), so it can also be used to make Vegan Cultured products. Quick and Easy Instructions included for both Dairy and Vegan versions! GMO-free. This starter product perfectly matches the Cutting Edge Prebio Plus Prebiotic mixture. Why do we add prebiotic fiber to the fermentation mix? As a food for L. reuteri (which are live bacteria and need to eat) and for thicker tissues. Insufficient prebiotic fiber will result in a fine end product with much lower beneficial bacteria
