I started taking these Vitassium electrolyte tablets after struggling with symptoms linked to MCAS, and they’ve genuinely made a noticeable difference for me. I can absolutely tell when I haven’t taken them. They seem to help me feel more balanced and functioning normally again with far less fatigue and malaise. This brand in particular works really well for me, and interestingly, a friend of mine with fibromyalgia has also had a very positive experience with them.
