So far great!!! I've used daily on my lower back for pain and my foot for a soar created by my dog stepping on my foot with her claw. Saw great improvement on that! The flash function is great! Highly recommend! Great product and excellent price as well!

I really feel like it helps with my pain level. Easy to turn on, screen is easy to read and has an auto-off. The Velcro keeps it stable and doesn’t get too hot despite how many lights the band has.

So impressed with this light wrap. I purchased it because I pulled something in my back working out and within in 24 hours I was back to working out instead of sidelined for my typical 3-4 days. My son had whiplash in his neck and couldn’t move to one side, immediately used this and he noticed instant relief. Let my Mom use it when she pulled her back while visiting, and she was better and able to move around by the afternoon and better the next day. She couldn’t believe it! For muscle pain/strain it works great and helps alleviate pain quickly. For deeper tendinitis type pain, it helps but doesn’t alleviate pain for me. I use a large red light panel about 5 days a week, but this little wrap is my go to for muscle pain and strain. So impressed!

If you have endometriosis this is exactly what you need to feel better. Even though my doctors have been skeptical about the use of red light therapy I firmly believe it works. I have been using it 4 times a week for 20-25 minutes and my exams show no new lesions or endometriomas. When I have a flare it really helps me to reduce the inflammation. I really recommend it.
