This works fast on sinus/colds. The pills are kind of big, but helps with sinus pressure and pain. It helps loosen up mucus so you can breathe easier. You take 2 pills every 4 hrs which I wish would be longer.

This product is outstanding. never would have thought it would work, had the flu problems with breathing and hard coughing started using this and everything changed. did not have to hack up a lung to clear them. will continue to use

This is a good cold medicine. We've used it before, and know that it's a good value and works. It helps clear the sinuses even when having a really bad cold. They are one of my favorites, as far as one can favorite medicine. I don't typically get headaches or body aches with a cold, but my wife says that this seems to help with that as well. We definitely recommend this.

This works well to help relieve pain and suppress my cough. The capsules are a bit large but pretty easy to swallow. You need to take two every four hours so this pack will basically last you a day and a quarter. If you need maximum strength you're probably going to need to take the medicine for longer than a day, I'd suggest getting a bigger pack or having two on hand so you don't have to try to get more medication when you're sick. The blister packs are easy to open by just puncturing with my nail, however trying to separate out an individual pack, was really difficult to do. I had to bend the pack back and forth multiple times to get it to allow me to rip it. Not fun to do when you're sick and trying to get your medicine. Overall the actual medication works, doesn't have a taste since it's a gel pill, isn't too hard to swallow. It's just not enough medicine for me to manage a cold from start to finish and also the packs aren't the easiest to separate /open the way they're intended.
